IAS association up in arms in Punjab

IAS Officers in Punjab are agitated over the state Government's move to extend deputation period of 8 IAS Officers who have come from other states. The IAS Officers association has passed a resolution opposing the move." This is certainly against the well established principles. Does this not cast an aspersion on the competency of state cadre?"The resolution said.
