Upenndra Nath Behura is being appointed PS to Union Steel Minister B K Tripathy. 1983 batch IAS Officer of Orissa cadre Behura will replace Suresh Panda. 1981 batch IAS Officer of Assam-Meghalaya cadre Suresh Pande is joining IRCON.

IAS Officer indicted

An inquiry commission in Orissa has indicted 1976 batch IAS Officer Priyabrata Patnaik for violence at the premier Bhubaneswar Club last year. M N Patnaik who headed the commission held the officer responsible.
