Promotions likely in CBEC next month

CAT stays transfer order of IPS Officer

Chandigarh bench of CAT has stayed the transfer of DGP rank officer Nirmal Singh in Haryana.He was transferred as DG of State Crime Records Bureau last week. Nirmal Singh who is senior to the present State DGP M S Malik had moved to the CAT against his transfer.
