Posting of 1970 batch IAS Officers to the rank of Additional Secretary in the Government of India has commenced.Uttar Pradesh cadre officer D P Singh is the first to get posting in the GOI. He has been posted as Additional Secretary and FA in the Ministry of Steel in place of C S Rao who is superannuating this month end.
