Qureshi is DG Doordarshan

S Y Qureshi will take over as DG Doordarshan next week.1971 batch IAS Officer Qureshi is currently Principal Secretary to Haryana Chief Minister O P Chautala.He will be DG for a period of three years.

Malakar is DG AIR

T R Malakar has taken over as Director General of All India Radio.He was in Udaipur when the orders of his appointment reached. He is due to retire in March end.

Grapevine has it that a Joint Cell to be coordinated by the RAW,CIA and Military Intelligence is being set up in the country. So far there is no official confirmation about such a Cell.
