Labnyando Mansingh is likely to be appointed Additional Secretary Power in the Government of India. He is 1970 batch IAS Officer of Gujrat cadre. Mansingh will in all probability replace 1968 batch Karnataka cadre IAS Officer J Vasudevan who is moving to the ITPO.
