Shankar to be Secretary Official Languages

M Shankar is being appointed Secretary Official Languages in the Government of India. He is 1967 batch IAS Officer of Haryana cadre.Earlier the name of Shankar was in circulation for the post of Secretary General Human Rights Commission.
