Nayyar to replace Nair?

 

Reva Nayyar is likely to be next Establishment Officer in the Department of Personnel. She is 1968 batch IAS Officer of Andhra Pradesh cadre. The present EO K Rajendran Nair has been given three months extension in his tenure. He is 1967 batch IAS Officer of Punjab cadre.

Major IPS reshuffle in Assam

The new Assam Government has reshuffled over two dozen-IPS Officers. ADGP (Administration) R N Mathur has been shifted to CID.ADG Operations G M Shrivastava has been made ADG Trainingand Sharda Prasad ADG CID has been transferred to Special Branch.Two DIGs Dilip Kumar and G Bhuyan have been promoted and posted as OSD and IGP Border respectively. DIG Armed Forces A P Rawat will be new DIG Eastern Range and S P Nath will replace him.
