Will Narayan go to Tamil Nadu?

Will S Narayan Secretary Revenue in the Government of India replace Muthuswami Chief Secretary of TamilNadu ?.Rumours are doing the round that the new Chief Minister of TamilNadu Jayalalitha has expressed desire to have 1965 batch IAS officer Narayan as her Chief Secretary.On the other hand Narayan is unwilling to go back to the parent cadre. Picture will be clear in a week or two.

IAS -IPS reshuffle in Orissa

A major IAS and IPS reshuffle has taken place in Orissa.Five IAS officers have been shifted. Vice -Chairman Cuttack Development Authority S K Ray has been changed. He will be replaced by Sanjay Rastogi.Ray has been made Additional Secretary Cooperatives.Manoranjan Mishra is the new Secretary Orissa Housing Board. His predecessor Dolagovinda Tripathi has been shifted to Revenue.Nikunja will be the new Director Industries.
In IPS two ADGs have been changed. ADG Forensic K M Lal has been made ADG Human Rights Protection Cell.Dilip Rath Director HRPC has been shifted as IG State Armed Police.Other changes are: Deshraj Meena DIG South Western Range to DIG Training, B N Hota DIG Training Cuttack DIG headquarters, Bidubhusan DIG South Western Range,and K B Singh DIG Technical Cuttack.P S Ranpise and Mahendra Pratap are the new SPs of Karaput and Bhadrak respectively.
