Late Maharaj Scindia and Digvijay Singh

Truth always sits upon the lips of a dying man. This is evident from the fact that late Madhav Rao Scindia had come out with his frank views about Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Digvijay Singh nearly a fortnight before his accidental death. "Amongst all the senior leaders of Madhya Pradesh I like Digvijay the most" late Scindia had told his personal friend after a dinner meeting with senior Congress leader Kamal Nath.Infact,Kamal Nath and late Scindia had a dinner in Orient Express of Delhi where state politics was discussed and the former pleaded for a change of Madhya Pradesh leadership. Meeting was in conclusive .After that late Scindia directly drove to the place of a family friend of his where he made this comment about Digvijay Singh.

Chikkamath returns to Karnataka

Centre rejects Orissa CM's request

Centre is going ahead with its plan to privatize Paradip Phosphate Limited. A request by the Orissa Chief Minister Navin Patnaik for the revival of this company has been turned down by the Government of India.
