Three 1981 batch IAS Officers are still waiting in the wings to get posting in the Government of India to the rank of Joint Secretary. The three officers Ms J S Burjia, Arun Jha and Tuk Tuk Kumar who are empanelled to the rank of Joint Secretary are currently serving in the GOI .
