Bihar tops in IPS

Believe it or not, Laloo Yadav's Bihar, known for having ample muscle power tops in providing the largest 21 per cent IPS Officers to the country. A survey conducted by the Editor of ANN indicates that 3 states -Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh contribute almost half of the IPS force of the country. Followed by Bihar,Uttar Pradesh contributes 19 per cent and Andhra Pradesh 9 per cent while the remaining states contribute rest of the 51 per cent.
