Dinakar blasts empanelment procedure

Former DGP of Karnataka C Dinakar who has gone to the Court of Law against the appointment of former CBI Chief Raghvan has blasted empanelment procedure in the Government of India.He told the Karnataka High Court that the empanelment procedure followed by the Government of India for taking all-India service officers on deputation to the Centre did not have transparency and it's only an "arbitrary practice".
