Jaswant Singh to replace Yashwant Sinha ?

Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee is likely to reshuffle his cabinet in May. There are indications that External Affairs Minister Jaswant Singh will replace Finance Minister Yashwant Sinha. Name of Disinvestment Minister Arun Shourie is also doing the round for the post of Finance Minister. Yashwant Sinha may be shifted to Ministry of External Affairs .

Two Congress CMs!

The common factor in case of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Digvijay Singh and his Chhattisgarh counterpart Ajit Jogi is that both belong to the Congress party. At a high society party their working style was debated. Though, debate was inconclusive, one was described as "an aggressive Chief Minister" and the other as "a submissive Chief Minister." IAS to face legal action in Bihar

If official sources are to be believed a couple of IAS officers in Bihar will soon face criminal proceedings against whom vigilance cases have been pending for quite some time.The Bihar Government has already filed an FIR against Ashok Kumar Singh who is currently in Jharkhand cadre.

Ministry of External Affairs has decided to network all the passport offices in the country. A plan is being prepared in the South Block.
