Jaswant Singh to replace Yashwant Sinha ? Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee is likely to reshuffle his cabinet in May. There are indications that External Affairs Minister Jaswant Singh will replace Finance Minister Yashwant Sinha. Name of Disinvestment Minister Arun Shourie is also doing the round for the post of Finance Minister. Yashwant Sinha may be shifted to Ministry of External Affairs . Two Congress CMs! The common factor in case of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Digvijay Singh and his Chhattisgarh counterpart Ajit Jogi is that both belong to the Congress party.
