There are strong reports that Delhi Police Commissioner Ajay Raj Sharma is going to be next DG of Border Security Force (BSF).1966 Batch Uttar Pradesh cadre cadre IPS officer Sharma would replace Guru Bachan Jagat who is superannuating in June.

Sharan unlikely to get extension

Uttranchal DGP A K Sharan is unlikely to get extension in service. Uttranchal Government has sent a proposal to the Government of India for granting six months extension to Sharan who is superannuating this month end.
