Will Secretary Revenue S Narayan replace Swarn Singh Boparai in Planning Commission?.A strong lobby in the PMO has suggested that 1965 batch IAS officer Narayan should be made Secretary Planning Commission when Boprai retires in June. One can only keep his fingers crossed.
