Kamraj Plan in the offing ? Sonia Gandhi is contemplating to go in for Kamraj Plan to give a fresh look to the party apparatus . Spade work is already on for implementing another Kamraj Plan in the Congress which is likely to be executed in a month or two. How many bigwigs in the party will get a surprise ? This is anybody,s guess. Kashi Ram Rana to replace Narendra Modi ! If top BJP sources are to be believed Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi is on his way out. Soon after the visit of Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee to Gujarat Modi would be replaced by Union Textile Minister Kashi Ram Rana. Rao to be Secretary Health J V R Prasad Rao is being tipped to be next Health Secretary in Government of India. 1967 batch West Bengal cadre IAS officer Rao is currently Special Secretary in the same ministry. He would replace 1965 batch Gujarat cadre IAS officer Jawed Chaudhry who is superannuating this month end. Satish Looma to be Director in HRD Satish Looma an IAAS officer is joining the Ministry of Human Resource Development in the Government of India.
