1983 batch empanellment by November

The empanelment of the 1983 batch IAS officers at the Joint Secretary level is likely to be held in November. While the reports of the Secretary Tourism Rativinay Jha, Secretary Personnel, AK Agarwal, and Secretary Science and technology, Dr R A Mashelkar in the above connection have already come in , fourth secretary's report is still awaited.
