Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee has so far not cleared the file pertaining to empanelment of 3 ,1966 batch and 6, 1967 batch IAS Officers to the rank of Secretary in the Government of India. Nine IAS Officers had been empanelled early last month during the course of review meeting. Is something fishy .?
