Will the Secretary Home, Kamal Pande, be the next Cabinet Secretary ?.If you ask this question in top bureaucratic circles -answer will be affirmative. But if a top functionary of the NDA Government is to be believed now chances of Kamal Pande heading the bureaucracy are remote. Yes,the functionary seems to be right-kamalji may not be the next Cabinet Secretary.
