Chances of Narainswamy Ramji joining the Government of India as Secretary now seem dim. West Bengal cadre 1966 batch IAS officer Ramji has been empanelled to the rank of Secretary in the GoI. It seems , Government of India is not favourably inclined towards Ramji .
