Newly appointed Special Secretary in Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) R.K. Sharma has got a fixed pay scale of Rs.26, 000. Sharma is an IPS officer of the 1967 batch of UT cadre. In the wake of this L.C.Amarnathan who was made Director General (DG) BPR & D has been benefited. Since, Amarnathan is senior to Sharma so, the former too was given the fixed scale of Rs.26000.
