. Since different politicial parties are unable to arrive at a consensus for the Presisdential poll,voting becomes a certainty.Traditionally ,President of of India is chosen unanimously, but there had been a voting when V.V.Giri was elected to the gubernatorial post.

BSP,BJP to fight LS poll jointly.

After the installation of Mayawati as Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister in Uttar Pradesh the BJP and BSP are going to contest next Lok Sabha poll jointly.Thus, the pact between BJP and BSP would not remain confined only for formation of the UP Government.

Governor on pay roll ?

Home Minister L K Adwani has received a complaint that a Governor of a small state is on pay roll of the Chief Minister.If the complaint is to be believed the Governor who is not a politician is getting Rs 15 lakh per month from the Chief Minister for sending perfect report to the Centre.Adwaniji has asked the intelligence agencies to verify the report.
