One person who is going to be benefited because of war clouds is Defence Secretary Yogendra Narain. There is serious thinking in the PMO to grant extension in service to the Defence Secretary. 1965 batch Uttar Pradesh cadre IAS officer Yogendra Narain is scheduled to superannuate on June 30.

Sheela Bhide to be JS Company Affairs

Dr Sheela Bhide is being appointed Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Company Affairs. She is 1973 batch IAS officer of Andhra Pradesh cadre. The post has fallen vacant following the premature repatriation of 1974 batch Karnataka cadre IAS officer A Ramaswamy.
