Vinod Vaish has been appointed new Secretary Telecom. 1966 batch IAS officer of Chhattisgarh cadre Vaish would replace Shyamal Ghosh who is superannuating tomorrow.

P D Shenoy has been appointed Secretary Labour in Government of India. He is 1967 batch IAS officer of Karnataka cadre. He would succeed Vinod Vaish.

Atul Sinha is Secretary North-East

Atul Sinha has been promoted to the rank of Secretary in Government of India.1968 batch IAS officer of Madhya Pradesh cadre Sinha will be Secretary North-East Affairs. Sinha who is currently Additional Secretary Commerce would replace P D Shenoy.

Special Secretary Health J V R Prasad Rao has been appointed Secretary Family Welfare in Government of India. 1967 batch West Bengal cadre IAS officer Rao would replace A R Nanda who is retiring tomorrow.

Dhanendra Kumar has been appointed CMD of the Rural Electrification Corporation. 1968 batch IAS officer of Haryana cadre who has been promoted to the rank of Secretary would replace Divakar Deo who is superannuating tomorrow.Currently Kumar is Additional Secretary Telecom.
