A renowned former bureaucrat of Madhya Pradesh, MN Buch, seeing the new face of present day IAS has also given them a new name. The Indian Administrative Service(IAS), according to Buch, has now become Indian Boneless Service(IBS), courtesy present day bureaucrats.
