Bureaucratic circles are agog with rumours that Maharashtra cadre 1966 batch IAS officer K C Shrivastava will be new Chairman of the Jawahar Lal Nehru Port Trust. K C Shrivastava who has been superseded for the post of Chief Secretary is currently Commissioner, Mumbai Municipal Corporation.
