Kamal Pande to be OSD

Cabinet Secretary designate Kamal Pande will be posted as Officer on Special Duty in the Cabinet Secretariat, most probably on October 1, during the transition period. He will take over from T R Prasad on November 1.

Sinha to replace Ajay Prasad

Pratush Sinha is likely to succeed Ajay Prasad in the Ministry of Defence as Additional Secretary. Sinha is 1969 batch IAS officer of the Bihar cadre. Ajay Prasad has been appointed OSD to Deputy Prime Minister L K Adwani.
