Clout of Chandra Babu on the wane!

The clout of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu seems to be on the wane. This became clear recently when despite best of efforts by Naidu for an early repatriation of P.Dayachari 1980 batch IAS, did not bear positive results. Dayachari who is Chairman Indian Tobacco Board had reportedly incurred Chandra Babu Naidu's wrath for favouring neighbouring state Karnataka.
