The composition of the official delegation to the Cancun WTO ministerial summit is being finalised. As is known,Commerce Secretary Dipak Chatterjee will be there (on extension) before he comes back to join the Competition Commission of India as Chairman.One imagines he will be assisted by an OSD, who will eventually replace him as Commerce Secretary. If so, who will this OSD be? Either Prodipto Ghosh or B P Mishra.
