Grapevine has it that after being nominated to the Rajya Sabha RBI Governor Bimal Jalan will be inducted as Union Finance Minister.In that case,present Finance Minister Jaswant Singh would go back to his favourite Ministry of External Affairs.Any taker for this whisper ?

As many as 8 out of 51 empanelled 1972 batch IAS officers have been given posting in the Government of India as Additional Secretary.
