Has Siddiqui fallen from grace ?

Has Chief Minister Amarinder Singh directed Home Secretary and PS to CM, S.K.Sinha to purposely ignore DGP A.A.Siddiqui?Will the impact take a toll on Punjab Police transfers too?Grapevine says that Amarinder Singh is already at sea with Siddiqui whereas the worthy DGP hasn't even got the opportunity of comfortably settling down in Punjab. Does this mean Sinha would be the handle that Amarinder would have to turn in case he wants Siddiqui to twist?

The Gogia Pasha of Chandigarh Administration

Adabra Cadabra Hocus Pocus and ..swoosh!..It's all gone. Sounds like magic ..aint it? Magic it is, but of a different kind. Alas no Hrithiks or Jadoos in it and no Steven Spielberg special effects in it.And yes..neither Black, nor white or grey but green…..yes green is the colour of this unique form of magic. Green, because that's the colour of the "main ingredient" which is " required to "procure/acquire" everything else that needs to be placed on the sacred magical altar. Besides the waning moon and some Shakespearean concoctions too .Grapevine has it that Advisor to the Administrator; Virendra Singh had been camping in Delhi for the last couple of days to explore the options that CBI was pondering against him. At a time when the rumour mill was churning the story that CBI was seriously contemplating to chargesheet the bureaucrat upon the charges framed against him, a little goblin told this shaman that a strong move of pressurizing the nodal investigative agency to shift the enquiry to the CVC was being worked out so that a departmental enquiry can be constituted and the rest be pushed into oblivion forever. Meanwhile, the Delhi Oracle had been foreseeing strong visions of a
cyclone that would have hit Chandigarh had a chargesheet been framed. Anyway..it seems that somebody rubbed Iodex on the entire situation and now it's all " Gone.. Gayab… Chole Gaichhe..Chala Gaya!!" Good for the smart and suave bureaucrat that a magical reprieve happened in his favour. After all.. Alls well that ends well. Wonder whether someone informed honourable politicians Som Pal, Sahib Singh Verma, Ajit Singh ,O P Chautala and well wishers like Chief Engineer PuranJeet Singh about this magnificent case of paranormal, esoteric yet spell binding magic!!??!!Did the magical effect of the waning moon also manage a "favourable write up" in a leading English daily for the amazing bureaucrat??All in all, it does go to prove that there is indeed a "Gogia Pasha -the famous magician " who is working his way in the Chandigarh Administration. Wonder who it is??
