Grapevine has it that the ouster of S.K.Sinha, removal of B.I.S.Chahal from the helm of affairs and the Chief Minister trying to patch up with dissidents might also see a couple of more top notch bureaucrats and IPS officers being shunted here and there.What remains to be seen is whether A.P.Pande ADGP Vigilance and the quartet of B.K.Uppal, K.S.Pannu. Siddhartha Chattopadhyaya and S.P.Singh, who were the officers mainly probing disproportionate property cases against Badals and surprisingly, as rumours have it, against some dissident Cong MLAs' too would also be shifted here and there. What remains to be seen is would the all powerful Vigilance Bureau also feel the heat of the moment?
