Review meeting this month

This would be her third stint in the US. She was Minister (Press) at Washington DC preceded by
a stint as a Fellow at the Center for International Affairs of Harvard University for a year in early nineties, and now going as CG in the West Coast. How many other officers are equally lucky ? Of course there is no doubt on her competence !
