Dev Singh Negi is likely to be appointed Chief Secretary of Goa. He is 1975 batch IAS officer of the UT cadre. Vijay Madan is currently officiating as the Chief Secretary. The post has fallen vacant following the posting of Baleshwar Rai in the Labour Ministry as Additional Secretary.
