G V R Prasad Rao to be Secretary Health !

Union Health Minister Shatrughana Sinha may like it or not but G V R Prasad Rao will in all probability be his Secretary. 1967 batch West Bengal cadre IAS officer Rao is currently Special Secretary, Health, in the Government of India. The post will soon fall vacant because present Secretary S K Naik is being appointed Member of the "CAT".
