Tara Singh Indian High Commissioner to Guyana has been appointed Ambassador of India to Belarus.He will succeed B R Muthu Kumar. Deepak Bhojwani who is currently in Sao Paulo (Brazil) will go as Ambassador to Venezuela.M K Lokesh Joint Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs has been made Ambassador to the Slovak Republic.

Vibha Puri to return to Uttaranchal !

Vibha Puri Das is expected to return to the parent Uttaranchal State. 1976 batch IAS officer Vibha Puri is currently on deputation to the Government of India.

If the reply of Jammu and Kashmir police to the TADA court is taken into account former DGP J N Saxena is not traceable.Saxena is retired Madhya Pradesh cadre IPS officer who was DG J&K in early nineties.He also served as DGP of Madhya Pradesh.The TADA court has issued warrants for securing Mr.Saxena's presence in the court regarding militants attack on DGPs office on January 24,1992.
