Name of Secretary Textile S Mohapatra is also in circulation for the post.

Why I D Swami is reaching Chandigarh ?

Chandigarh Administration is well on guards today.Reason? The minister of state for Home,I.D.Swami has been dispatched to the Union Territory in quite a hurried manner. It is also learnt that Swami would be calling upon the Administrator,Chandigarh Administration, Justice O.P.Verma,Home Secretary - R.S.Gujral, Advisor - Virendra Singh and other important officials of the Union Territory Secretariat around 1 pm today.Point is why such a hurried visit to Chandigarh?Does it have anything to do with the much criticized anti-encroachment drive by the Chandigarh Administration and it's subsequent fall outs which led to a huge, mass scale public criticism and outcry?Does it have anything to do with Deputy Prime Minister's anticipated visit to Chandigarh?
If speculations are to be believed then Mr Swami would also be discussing Chief Minister Amarinder Singh's vindictive Badal Bashing campaign with Justice O.P.Verma and carry back the first hand information report to Mr Advani.
