Indeed, without any biases the issue of SC/ST may remain in the limelight and for information purposes.I diagree with opiniated comments by some people. This site has been a winner for the freedom of speech...and

M.K.Miglani, IAS (Retd.) has been appointed as Vice-Chancellor of Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar.
