Worthy IPS officers left out in Haryana!!

Has the Haryana Government forgotten to utilize the services of industrious IPS officers with a glorious track record or is it just too angst-ridden to lock horns with them. Some of the most illustrious examples of officers with a meritorious past record who have been pushed in the dark are that of:
1) .Nirmal Singh, presently DG - Rules - This brave IPS officer of the 68 batch had the nerves of steel to lodge a criminal complaint in a judicial court against O.P Chautala and minister Sampat Singh in the past and has accordingly been paid back quite nefariously in the form of a retrogressive posting.
2) IPS officer, P.V Rathi, has again been sidelined by the Chautala regime and it's arduous followers for his fearlessness and boldness.
3) IG - SCRB, Satyendra Kumar, an IPS officer of the 1979 batch has had to face the music of the Chautala bandwagon too.
Ever since the current government came into regime, that is since the past 4 years, the intrepid cop , former IG - CID, has been scuttled off to a miniscule department in the state policing set up. One that is openly known to be defunct and redundant If devotion and dedication towards one's duty is to be paid back with a "dark in the pit" posting, wonder what'll happen to the rare indefatigable moral and never say die spirit of the valuable IPS Officer ??
