Who will be the next DC of Chandigarh?

Speculations are soaring sky high about the centre's choice for the post of DC Chandigarh. Protocols demand that the Administrator, Chandigarh Administration, Lt GEN J F R Jacob,who is also the Governor, Punjab, be consulted by the Centre before posting any oficer in the Chandigarh Administration. However, the last two administrative postings have litearlly been enforced upon the administartor. The administrator interviewed three officers of Haryana cadre, but who shall bag the coveted position is still a mystery. Will the centre again force down another pet officer of it's choice down the gullet of the Administrator, Chandigarh Administration or would it respect the Administrator's choice. Three officers who were interviewed are Mssrs Arun Kumar, Abhilaksh S Likhi and R Rao.
