Secretary Finance in the Government of India, Dr S Narayan, is being tipped to be the new Indian Ambassador to the European Union with headquarters at Brussels. He is 1965 batch IAS officer of TamilNadu cadre.He is scheduled to superannuate in June end.

R C A Jain appointed Agriculture Secretary

R C A Jain is the new Agriculture Secretary in the Government of India. 1968 batch Bihar cadre IAS officer, Jain, has succeeded Mohan Kanda who is back to the parent state Andhra Pradesh to take over as Chief Secretary on Monday.

Major bureaucratic reshuffle on cards in Orissa
