Posting of Baleshwar Rai as Chief Secretary Arunachal Pradesh is also expected this week.The Government of India is reported to have turned down the request of 1970 batch IAS officer of UT cadre Rai of not sending him to Arunachal Pradesh. He is currently Additional Secretary Labour in the GoI.
