Three 1969 batch IAS to be Secretaries in one month

Now only three empanelled 1969 batch IAS officers are waiting in the wings for their postings to the rank of Secretary in Government of India. They are Mssrs Ashok Vijayvargiya (Chhattisgarh),Dev Swarup (Himachal Pradesh) and Shekhar Dutt (Madhya Pradesh). All three officers are expected to get their postings by November end.
