How was Yuvi awarded the driving licences without obtaining any learner's licence? Does it seem possible that Yuvi had ever appeared for the Actual Driving test too? Sounds incredible though!!

UP government has suspended former Chief Secretary DS Bagga(1967), Prin. Secy. to CM PL Punia (1971) and former Environment Secy VK Gupta (1986) with immediate effect, in the Taj Corridor Scam. The suspended trio would remain attached to the Board of Revenue during the suspension period. The State government has appointed a two-member enquiry committee comprising retired senior IAS officer Hemendra Narain (1967) and VK Mittal (1968) to probe into the allegations against the suspended lot.
