Not a bad idea after all!! , the best of the army commanders of the nation fine tuning the best of the would be bureaucrats of the nation!! Way to go Army Commander, hope something truly remarkable comes your way!! The Defence services of the nation would undoubtedly need a trend setter like Lt Gen Shamsher Singh Mehta to fly high.
