Grapevine has it that N K Singh is being appointed next Ambassador to theUnited States.Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee is understood to have cleared the name of 1964 batch retired IAS officer Singh.Formal orders are expected to be issued soon after the Lok Sabha Poll.
