Mantri, Santri and now Vigilance Officer…..Laloo is on a Publicity jamboree!!! He has now gone after the Freight Wing of the Railways!!!! Has to be for Publicity because if he wanted to expose corruption he should have ensured that widespread raids were carried out. In Hindi there is an adage, sorry it does sound crude but it sure gives the message….Laloo is trying to catch fish in piss (urine)!!

Now he will soon be becoming a TC and will carry out surprise checks for ticket less travel and Railway connivance. He will not do so on any train destined to Bihar or exiting Bihar…. election is on the horizon in Bihar…..and in the unwritten manifesto of RJD, ticket less travel is one of the sops being offered. Laloo has made ticket less travel a birthright of every Bihari…as long as he is the Railway's Minister.

Actually Railway Unions are planning to hold demonstrations to protest the Tainted Tag on Laloo……the Unions feel that as long as the Tainted issue continues Laloo will try to divert attention….. and the Railway employees are the medium …or they bear the brunt…for this public attention deflection exercise!!!!

Why is Manmohan refusing to use the BMWs……..well the Official line is that it is because of his austere style. The real reason is that both Manmohan and Sonia take the BMWs to be unlucky. The BMWs are bomb and bullet proof …but are not 'election proof' as the previous user of the BMWs learned!!!!

Mayawati is in a predicament….for the Maharashtra elections…..mein idhar jaaoo ya udhar jaaoo…..idhar is Congress and udhar is BJP!!! She is due to take a decision on this matter during her Maharashtra visit. Idhar controls the CBI and Udhar has all the dope required to raise a hue and cry!!!!

Both Malhothra, via Gangwar, and Pranab Da have withdrawn their contentious statements…….they did this in Parliament as a beaming Somnath Da looked on. Somnath Da , a veteran politician and Parliamentarian should realize……the wound still remains unhealed……unhealed wound can and will flare up again!!!
