Justice PK Balasubramaniam the Chief Justice the Jharkhand High Court,Justice Tarun Chatterji from the Allahabad High Court and another judge from Rajasthan High Court presently in Orissa are believed to have been cleared for appointment to the Supreme Court and the swearing in ceremony is likely to be on the 25th of this month.

1970 batch IPS too lucky

The IPS officials belonging to the 1970 batch perhaps seem to be the luckiest. They are getting promotions much before than expected. Traditionally IAS is given two years supremacy over their counterparts in the IPS but that does not seems to be the case with the officials of this batch. They are being promoted early as a large number of vacancies are required to be filled.

Height of Patenting!!!! Now MacDonald's says that they have patented red and yellow colours!!!! An Indian Restaurant in NSW, Australia has received a letter for MacDonald's informing that the colours used by the Restaurant are MacDonald's exclusives. The Restaurant has politely responded back…in Indian cooking red represents Chilly and Yellow turmeric…….and requested MacDonald's to try not to put them in the Bun……something that MacDonald's has expertise in!!!!
