They are learnt to be asking that who would don the mantle for the non-BJP forces incase Dr. Singh makes an exit. But one thing that is beyond ones understanding is that why these people are doing so and at whose instance.

Ranjan Chatterjee appointed JS-Defence

Ranjan Chatterjee has been appointed as Joint Secretary Defence.1976 batch Assam-Meghalaya cadre IAS officer is currently ED ITPO. Chatterjee who is considered close to Defence Minister Pranab Mukherjee is expected to take over next week.

Prem Chand Meena, PS to Union Minister of State for Agriculture Kanti Lal Bhuria, is back to Commerce Ministry as the Director Industrial Policy and Promotion. He is 1984 batch IAS officer of Madhya Pradesh cadre.

The hot topic today…….is this Government inefficient or just confused??? With the efficient people at the helm this inefficiency is confusing…….but what is more confusing is - are the efficient really in-charge???? This 'looking London talking Tokyo' type of Governance is muddling and befuddling!!!!! Kahi pe nighaaye kahi pe nishaana, yeh Sarkaar ka dhilaa hai payjama!!!

Some say that being out of Power for quite some time has made Congressis rusty!!! While some say that taking heed of the predictions of doomsday……that this Government's days are numbered …… the Congressis are in a hurry….kal kya hogaa kis ko pataa abhi Power ka le lo mazaa!!!

Manmohan remains camera shy…..Sonia has all of a sudden become camera shy…..PC is curt and to the point in front of the cameras….Laloo literally hogs camera limelight……..and mind you the attraction or the aversion to the camera is not on photogenic grounds…..Laloo proves this point beyond doubt!!!!!

So we've been spared the fuel price rise by the Duty Cuts…..but with spiralling global oil prices……bakre ki maa kabh takh kair manaye gi!!!! As per estimates Oil is going to remain firm in Global Markets…….. 'Oil' is not well with Oil…..Oil will make the economies of Developing Countries unwell!!!!!!

Once the Oil Majors are merged we will be having a Sheikhdom of our own….and now Aiyer wants India to become a member of OPEC. Don't be surprised if you see Aiyer in an Arab Robe and headgear…the new Sheikh on the block!!!! Sheikh Mani Aiyermani ( remember Yamani)….hope Aiyer likes drinking Coffee in thimbles …..sugar content ….practically equivalent to twenty spoons of sugar in a cup of Coffee!!!!

Seems this Government does not want Parliament to function…..every day there is a new controversy …..insistence on tainted Ministers continuance , Arjun's anti RSS comments, Aiyer's Sarvarkar comments……..everyday they give the Opposition a new issue to stage a walk out!!!

First they pass remarks as Ministers at Official functions and then they say these remarks are personal. In Public Life the only personal comments you make are in bed (own) or in the loo (all)!!!! In Public Life bathroom singing is the way one gets things off the chest!!!!

Nazar laagi sayiaa tohre bangleh pe……..Congress wants the NDA Ministers to vacate Houses allotted to them as Ministers asap. Some NDA Ministers are dilly dallying…..Ek Banglaa milla Niyaara, beautiful Bangla and Security ka janglaa…….who would want to leave these Houses???

The original communists may be de-recognised as a national party. The Election Commission has sent a notice to the Communist Party of India, saying its status as a national party will be withdrawn because it has failed to prove its popularity…….EC should realize that Communism does not thrive on popularity….Communism is 'majboori' …… Majboori ka doosra naam Lal Salaam!!!
